Is it worth it to purchase tickets when booking resort reservations?

    Hello, Laura,

Since I'm a planner, I like to know the total picture of what our trips will cost; so I prefer purchasing the tickets when we book our reservations. However, it can be overwhelming deciding if the additional add-ons with the tickets are a good match for you.  If you are feeling this way, I'd suggest purchasing the base ticket since you have the option to upgrade your ticket once you arrive at Walt Disney World (as long as you have entitlements remaining on your ticket and are within 14 days from the date of first use).

While there are a few venues where park tickets can be purchased at a slight discount, I'll admit I've never used any of them.  If you are curious about this option, www.mousesavers.com and www.allearsnet.com have information on purchasing tickets through a third party.

Thank you for your question; please let us know if we can help again.
