    Ashley from KY Asked

My work offers discounted tickets, am I still able to get the wrist bands and the entire "Disney Experience" things? Also, can you trade a park hopper day for a ticket to the Not so Scary Halloween Party?

    Hi Ashley,

Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First, that sounds like the perfect job for we Disney-philes. My best advice is to never ever consider a career change. Of course!

To answer your question, yes! My Disney Experience is available to all Walt Disney World Resort Guests, regardless of how you purchase your theme park admission. Provided you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you will have the opportunity to customize your MagicBands online, and they will be shipped to your home about a month before your arrival. If you are staying off-site, then you could still purchase a retail MagicBand at various locations throughout the property. Either way, you can still, "Tap the Mickey to the Mickey" to use your MagicBand for admission to the four incredible theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort.

Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party is a special "hard-ticketed event." That means that admission will require a sepparate ticket and cannot be exchanged for a day under your theme park admission with the Park Hopper benefit. That said, it is fantastic, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Let us know how else we can help with your unforgettable Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Ashley.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
