Would a 15" wood wand (with a rounded tip) be considered to be a "pointed object" for the MNSSHP?

Boo-To-You, David and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, let’s see if we can help out with your Halloween costume accessory.

Many Guests look forward to dressing up for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party adding another level of Spook-tacular fun. We’re concerned about costumes being offensive, obstructive, objectionable and violent and have guidelines that they be family-friendly. As well, please refrain from any sharp objects, materials that may accidentally strike other Guests, or any objects that are pointed. Costumes that contain objects that resemble weapons, or that could be mistaken for an actual weapon are not allowed. Please contact our Guest Services (407) 939-5277 for specifics regarding your wand, since it is 15” in length and kindly refer to Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules in preparation for your visit.

This would be a perfect time to share all the ‘Hex-clusive’ Disney PhotoPass Ops that will be available to you during this Spook-tacular party with Disney PhotoPass® Service. You can download unlimited digital images with our Memory Maker product to share all those special, one-of-a-kind moments with family and friends.

Don’t forget to customize your plans with My Disney Experience to optimize your visit.

Sending many Boo-tacular Disney Wishes to you!
