We are wondering about tipping. Outside of restaurants, what kind of tipping is expected? And how much is acceptable? We are trying to plan ahead. Example, how about the Magical Express? Or the housekeeping? Other things? Thanks!

Hi Kelly! Great question! Tipping is always a bit of a tough one. First off, it's totally up to you. If you feel the service was exceptional, you might want to tip for it. Magical Express drivers do accept tips. I always tip $1/ bag if I have a bag stored under the bus, and a couple of dollars for each of us if they were personable. Again, this is not necessary and totally up to you.

If you're staying at a Disney resort, you might want to consider tipping mousekeeping. If you feel the service was worth it, a standard rule of thumb is $1 per person per day. This can be left in a marked envelope, so there is no confusion that it is theirs to take.

I also tip a dollar or two if I order something to the room, such as additional towels. Again, not expected but always appreciated. If bell services helps with our bags, then I tip a dollar or two a bag.

Hope this helps Kelly! Write back with any other questions!
