I was wondering about what time would the Magical Express pick us up from the airport, my flight gets in at 9:15 and i wanted to make a brunch reservation, would I have time to get to it?

    Hi Alicia!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney's Magical Express is my favorite way to get from Orlando International Airport to Walt Disney World Resort because it is so easy to hop on the bus and not have to worry about directions, parking or stress! Disney's Magical Express buses will be departing regularly throughout the day when you arrive. There aren't scheduled departure times, but you will be directed to board the next available bus that is going to your hotel when you arrive at the Disney's Magical Express terminal.

I like to allow three hours of transportation time from the time that our flight is scheduled to land until I plan our first dining reservation or activity. This allows for plenty of time to travel through the airport, make the trip on Disney's Magical Express to Walt Disney World Resort, which may include additional stops at other Walt Disney World Resort hotels, and includes a bit of a pad so that we don't feel rushed at the start of our vacation. This does not include transportation time from your Walt Disney World Resort hotel to your restaurant location. So if you are are making a dining reservation at a restaurant located at your hotel, I would make a lunch reservation around 12:30 or later just to be safe. Otherwise, you will want to allow additional transportation time to get to your restaurant's location.

Be sure to take advantage of the Disney's Magical Express luggage tags so your checked bags can go directly to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, allowing you to bypass baggage claim! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
