    Laura from MI Asked

Just wondering what the rules are for the tent/popup sites. We have an 18ft travel trailer, so I know it would fit, but wondering if we are allowed to stay in that area if it's not a popup

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Laura! I’m excited to know that you’re thinking about planning a stay at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. It’s the most magical kind of wilderness you’ll ever find! Thanks for stopping in with your question.

You won’t have to worry, because you will be able to reserve and stay in your 18-foot trailer at a tent/ pop-up site, even if it doesn’t “pop” up.

Laura, just remember that the tent or pop-up campsite areas do not provide a sewer hook-up, but the full hook-up sites do. When making your reservation, make sure you choose the campsite that best fits your needs.

Staying within the magic sure does have its benefits! As a guest at the campsites, you can enjoy complimentary standard parking at your site, complimentary MagicBands and 60-day FastPass+ access!

Another perk of staying at this resort is the short boat ride to the Magic Kingdom Park. The Electrical Water Pageant- Magic Kingdom Park is also a great experience. You can see it right from the marina of your frontier themed resort at around 9:45 p.m. most nights.

I hope this information is helpful to you! Come back to see us if you have any additional questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
