    I am wondering about positive or negative experiences w Disney Signature Services book dining for you?

    Hi Tim!

    My family just used this new Signature Services for our fall trip. I was a little skeptical about them making our dining and other reservations since it was a holiday week but I can say I was extremely pleased with the process and results.

    They will want to know all your Dining Choices for your entire trip. Let them know the number of guests and times that you prefer. Make sure you do this before your 180 day window which will allow them the best chance to get everything you wish.

    We had only one hiccup and that was with the Hoop Dee Doo where they were only able to get Category 2 reservations for us. However, they too were surprised and kept looking into it and within days had our seating in Category 1 as we had requested.

    This group of cast members working in the Signature Service group are some of the best Disney has. They are dedicated and know that their special guests expect great service and they do all they can to provide it efficiently.
