I was wondering on my next trip to Disney World is it ok go ask to see rooms at the resorts? We have only stayed at Port Orleans Riverside and the Contemporary and I would love to check out some of the other resorts for future trips.

    Hi Cheryl,

Of course you can ask to see resort rooms! However, because the resort rooms can be occupied or have Mousekeepers at work in them, you might not be able to.

My favorite way to find out more about the different resorts at Walt Disney World is to spend time checking them out online. If you look at the "Room Rates" page for the different resorts, each room category has a link to View Photos. For instance, at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge the Room Rates page lists eleven different room categories, each with photos available.

I also check out other websites to do research on resort rooms. I like AllEars.Net because their information is well organized. My other favorite, TouringPlans.com, has a new "Hotel Room Views" tool to give you an idea of what the views are like at a resort!

I hope I've helped a bit. If I can help you further with this question or if you have any other questions, please be sure to let me know!

Wishing you happy planning and a magical vacation,
