I was wondering, with all the new RF technology in the parks, will my pal Mickey still work in the parks? I was hoping my grand daughter would be able to use it when we take her for her birthday.

    Hi Angela,

What a wonderful gift to spend your granddaughters birthday at Walt Disney World.  She must be a very special princess!

With updating and improving the technology and experiences throughout the Disney Parks, unfortunately we sometimes lose one fun experience to gain others.   My Pal Mickey is one those favorite friends we have had to say good-bye to.  For a fun park activity, my kids love searching for hidden Mickey's and playing Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom or Disney Phineas and Ferb: Agent P's World Showcase Adventure.  If Mickey Mouse is one of your granddaughters favorite characters, then she will love interacting with him at Meet Mickey Mouse in Town Square Theater.

My Pal Mickey will remain your granddaughters fun friend and will still be able to provide her with the fun jokes and games I am sure she loves.  Give him an extra hug from me and have a wonderful vacation! Please let us know if there is anything else we may help you with.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family: graduations, pregnancies, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, reunions, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon. I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help add a little extra Pixie Dust to your next magical adventure. Learn More About Lauren
