    Susan from QLD Asked

I was wondering what minimum height my child should be to get the most out of the parks . Travelling from Australia so it will be a one off trip and what to make sure our youngest can do everything! In Aust most theme park rides need a 120cm .

    Hi there, Susan!

With a child of almost 48" tall, your little one should be able to ride most of the super-fun attractions at the four theme Parks and two water Parks.

The following is a list of attractions at the Parks and water Parks that require the rider to be 48" tall or over; if the attraction is not on the list, your rider will be fine to experience the excitement:

    Animal Kingdom Primeval Whirl 48"
    Blizzard Beach Summit Plummet 48"
Blizzard Beach Cross Country Creek 48"
Blizzard Beach Downhill Double Dipper 48"
    DisneyQuest Buzz Lightyear's AstroBlaster 51"
    DisneyQuest Cyberspace Mountain 51"
DisneyQuest Mighty Ducks Pinball Slam 48"
Hollywood Studios Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith 48"
Magic Kingdom Tomorrowland Indy Speedway 52" to drive; there is no height requirement to be a passenger,
    Typhoon Lagoon Bay Slide 52"
    Typhoon Lagoon Humunga Kowabunga 48"

These other attractions will accommodate your rider right now:

    Animal Kingdom Dinosaur 40"
    Animal Kingdom Expedition Everest 44"
Animal Kingdom Kali River Rapids 38"
    Epcot Mission Space 44"
    Epcot Test Track 40"
    Epcot Soarin' 40"
Hollywood Studios Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith 48"
Hollywood Studios Star Tours: The Adventures Continue 40"
Hollywood Studios The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 40"
Magic Kingdom Big Thunder Mountain Railroad 40"
    Magic Kingdom Splash Mountain 40"
    Magic Kingdom Space Mountain 44"
Magic Kingdom Stitch's Great Escape 40"

And the rest of the rides have no height requirement at all.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
