Wondering which is less expensive to sleep a family of five; a suite in the Value resorts, or a 5 person room in moderate....our youngest will be over 3 on our next trip, so we cannot do a single value room anymore. We don't care about the room, just cost

    Hi Megan!

Looking strictly at cost, a room in the Alligator Bayou section at the Port Orleans Riverside resort would be more economical than one of the family suites at All Star Music.

The Alligator Bayou rooms have occupancy for 5 - two double beds and a trundle bed. The All-Star Music suites are slightly more expensive, and they offer a bit more space, a small kitchenette area and a second bathroom. On the other hand, if you choose to stay at Port Orleans, you will have access to the pools at Riverside and the French Quarter which include water slides. There is also a table service restaraunt which you won't find at the value resorts.

I hope this helps! Have fun planning your next vacation!
