    Heidi from OH Asked

We are wondering where to find seating to view Illuminations at EPCOT. Thank you!

Hi Heidi! Illuminations: Reflections of Earth is my all time favorite fireworks show at Walt Disney World. The meaning behind it is inspirational and I love the music. Please take time to listen to the words and enjoy the spectacular show.

At the site I linked you to above you can see there is an option for a dessert party which will give you great viewing of the show. It is located at the beginning of the World Showcase between the two stores. You are close enough to feel the heat of the fires which makes it very special.  If you don't choose to pay for the extra dining event you can find spots all along the World Showcase. Plan on finding a spot about 30 minutes in advance and try to check the direction of the wind. That is usually my best advice to viewing as you won't enjoy it as much if the wind is blowing in your direction bringing all the smoke into your face.

There is not seating specifically for this so just find a view without obstruction. If you need handicap viewing a cast member can guide you to those locations as well. There are a few benches along the waterway and if you are lucky to get a great table you can sit and dine and view from La Hacienda de San Angel and also Rose and Crown restaurants. But those book up and it is just by chance to get a window seat to watch the show clearly. So your best bet is to just find a good spot and wait for the show and not worry about seating. If a member of your party needs to sit you can save places for them while they rest until it begins.

    Enjoy my favorite Disney experience!
