I was wondering what your favorite resort hotel is? Specifically for families with young children/toddlers?

    Hello, Valerie!

OK...I could honestly talk about my favorite resorts for hours!  I absolutely love the attention to detail in every Disney resort, and it does not matter where you stay to see and feel the MAGIC of Disney!

Since I have five kids, I have stayed in many Disney resorts with my family. It is SO hard to narrow my choices down to just one, so I am going to give you two suggestions to help you make your final decision.

If you are looking for a resort where your family feels like they have just been transported into a Disney movie, then I would highly recommend Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  This perfectly-themed resort is AHHH-mazing!  My kids LOVE Finding Nemo, so our kids "flipped their fins" when they saw our "under water" suite! Your family can also stay in themed suites and rooms from other movies like Cars, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. The Big Blue Pool is the largest pool at Walt Disney World, and my kids swim and play here for hours! There is also a great splash pad area for toddlers. The food court is incredible, as they offer a wide variety of meal choices for adults and kids.

If you are looking for a more relaxed place to stay, then I would highly recommend staying at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The views are incredible, the cabins are beautifully themed, and the pool/splash pad area is really nice! Each cabin comes with a full kitchen, so we were able to save money and cook several meals and eat on our private patio. This is a GREAT place to rewind, enjoy the scenery, and make lasting memories with your family!

If you have other questions about these Disney resorts or other Disney resorts, please let us know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
