HI, I was wondering how the fast pass works with a 2 yr old that doesn't have a ticket per say. Do I as the adult have to use my fast pass for his character greets and also am I allowed to wait in line with my other kids for this without a fast pass:)

Hello, Lisa! Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner, and I am sure you must be getting so excited about bringing your baby for his first visit! The FastPass+ service is really great, as it allows Guests to reserve access to select rides, Character Greetings, parades and attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort in advance.

You will need to make a FastPass+ selection for each attraction that you choose to wait in the FastPass+ line queue for. Many of these attractions have multiple touch points, and you will be unable to go through the line if you do not have a valid FastPass+ entitlement. If you want to take your baby to meet some of his favorite Disney Characters, you will still need to have made a FastPass+ selection for yourself, even if you choose to not be in the picture. You may also choose to do the stand-by queue for Character Greetings, if you do not wish to use one of your FastPass+ entitlements for this experience.

I hope that you and your family have a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation, Lisa. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
