    Brite from CA Asked

Hi I was wondering if Disneyland write names on the old Mickey ear hats buildabear sold some years ago? Or is that option just for the size hats sold in the parks.

    Hi there, Brite!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for bringing your great question. I just love being able to personalize my souvenirs from the Disneyland Resort with custom embroidery. Did you know that many items can be personalized in this way? Apart from Mickey ear hats, you can get blankets, towels, Christmas stockings, and even some clothes customized with fun embroidery in a selection of fonts and colors. I love that at certain times of the year there are even limited edition thread colors for totally unique pieces. I have seen special rainbow as well as holiday thread colors.

To have your items embroidered you must present the items with a receipt that they were purchased at the Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately you will not be able to bring an older item in without this. With so many new merchandise items and styles, I hope that you can find something else to suit your needs the next time you are in the parks.

If you are a Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder, I have also seen some fun ways to show your "AP" pride with customized embroidered items reflecting your Passholder status. Don't forget that you can also get an AP discount on most items as well!

I hope this helps, and have a magical day!
