I am wondering about the celebrations you can do at disney and what is included. My son was critically ill in october, and when he got better all he wanted to do was go to disney world! So, I am wondering what I can do to enhance his triumph of life!

Congratulations to you and your Son! My Husband's major wish when seriously ill was a trip to Disney World, too..Disney makes us all feel better!
When you get to the Park stop by the Vacation Planning Booths and ask for a free Celebration Recognition Button. They have one that says "I'm Celebrating!" and Cast Members all through the Parks will recognize your Son.  All that smiling attention makes you feel pretty special!
Please check out this link for ways to customize your Celebration at Disney World:
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/celebrations/customizations/ That link has ideas like special cakes and goodie bags at the restaurants to creating a custom tshirt!
I'd also like to mention the fine folks over at DisneyFlorist.com. They can put together an in-room Celebration for your resort room to surprise your Son. One is called Mickey's Grand Welcome and includes a Celebrate! Banner for your room, a huge Mickey doll and lots of other treats! They have lots of cool ideas there and love creating these special celebrations for guests!
Every day is beautiful when we are shown how precious our time is! I hope that you have a fantastic time at Disney and that your son continues to heal and experience joy!
