Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me if we are staying at a good neighbor hotel are we allowed to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hours at the Disney Parks? My family are traveling down at the end of June for our first visit. Thanks so much.

    Hi Katrina!

This is a great question.  At Walt Disney World in Florida, the independent hotel Hilton in Downtown Disney offers its guests Extra Magic Hours.  That is also true for guests staying at the independent Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels.

At Disneyland in California, guests at some good neighbor hotels do have access to Magic Mornings (early entry).  You will need to check the specific offers and discounts as there is no general rule.

By the way, a great site with information on independent hotels is MouseSavers.com.  That is also a great site with tips and information on how to save money on a Disney vacation.  I'm a huge fan and suggest you check it out!

Good luck with your decision, and please write back with more questions!
