My wife and I are visiting Disneyland in June and would like to see World of Color but avoid the crowds and wait times. Do they have fastpasses for WOC or dining packages similar to the ones at Disney Hollywood Studios for reserved seats to Fantasmic?

World of Color at California Adventure is a must do for sure.  There are a few convenient, time saving options you can take advantage of to really help maximize your time.

    1) World of Color FastPasses are distributed daily at the machines located near the Grizzly River Run attraction in DCA.  WOC is extremely popular so the FastPasses are a hot commodity and usually run out pretty early. A WOC FastPass will grant you access into one of the color coded viewing areas but for optimal viewing, you'll still need to arrive about 45 minutes prior to showtime and there may be a line to enter your designated area.
    2) World of Color Picnics can be purchased in advance and picked up at at Golden Vine Winery any time between 11:30 and 7:00 on the day of your designated WOC showing.  When you pick up your picnic, you will also receive a WOC FastPass for each picnic purchased.  These FastPasses are the same as the ones distributed at the machines and will grant access to one of the color coded viewing areas.
    3) World of Color Dining Packages:  In my opinion, this is the way to go because not only will you receive a delicious meal at one of two outstanding DCA restaurants, you'll also be able to watch WOC from the Preferred viewing promenade which is reserved for dining package guests and located front and center on the higher tier boasting the most optimal and unobstructed views of the show.  There is no need to arrive super early as space is limited and the areas are never overcrowded.  You can choose from either Wine Country Trattoria which offers a special Prix Fixe WOC menu or the all new (my fave) Carthay Circle where you can order any entree plus either appetizer or dessert from the lunch or dinner menu. -Amanda F
