    Justin from ME Asked

My wife and I are thinking of taking our two sons (ages 10 and 8) to Disney Word. We think we've settled on the Polynesian because of the access to the monorail. Which longhouse should be be looking at? Thanks!

Hi Justin - My family just stayed at the Polynesian in May.  It's a great hotel, and so unbelievably convenient!

All of the longhouses have their own benefits.  My family stayed in Tahiti, and we really loved how close it was to the Ticket and Transportation Center.  Because of that, we were able to take buses from the TTC to Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios - those buses ran frequently and weren't crowded.  In addition, we took the monorail from the TTC directly to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Tahiti isn't very close to the main pool or the restaurants, but the walk wasn't too long. I think that's the building we'd request when we stay at the Polynesian again.  If you choose a castle-view room, the view from Tahiti is fantastic!

    I hope that helps!
