My wife and I are planning a family reunion. The family is 3 infants, 3 children; (4, 6 and 9) along with our 8 grown children. We have reservations at the Caribbean Beach Resort. The adult children are having a night out. What can we do with the children?

    Hello David –

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel – we are glad to have you with us! Your family gathering at the Walt Disney World Resort will be a fantastic adventure, and I am so pleased to hear about it. The Caribbean Beach Resort is an excellent choice for your accommodations since it has fabulous water features, beautiful scenic views and plenty of space for a good price.

I like the idea of having an Adults Night Out! Childcare options at the Walt Disney World Resort are flexible, and I am happy to review them with you. Consider Kid's Nite Out which provides a trained childcare expert to come and take care of your children in the comfort of their Resort Hotel room. Children must be between 6 months and 12 years old to participate. The childcare providers bring plenty of fun activities to do with the kids so that they have a blast while you enjoy your grown-up time.

Given that there are so many children, it may be best to split them up between 2 guest rooms since there is a maximum of 4 children per sitter. Another option is to leave the 3 babies with Kid's Nite Out and check in your older children in one of the Children’s Activity Centers.

David, thanks for asking your question here, and we hope you have happy planning for your upcoming family reunion!
