My wife, 2 girls (4 and 8) and I will be in Disney World at the end of April. This happens to fall on my wifes birthday. Do you have any suggestions for something that is more for her, but still kid friendly?

Hi there Troy! How exciting your wife will be celebrating her birthday during your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! You may consider booking an Advanced Dining Reservation at one of the amazing table-service restaurants. My personal favorites for a birthday celebration include 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Teppan Edo located in the Japan Pavilion in Epcot, and Be Our Guest Restaurant located in Magic Kingdom Park.

Another suggestion is to enjoy dinner at Fulton's Crab House at Downtown Disney followed by La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil, a breathtaking show that the entire family would enjoy!

I would also consider booking the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party for the family. Guests that book the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party will enjoy delectable treats while watching Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from a perfect vantage point! Follow the link I have provided to learn more.

Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room located in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa would make for an intimate, yet special experience. Guests can choose from a large selection of teas, scones, tea sandwiches, and other baked pastries.

Be sure to pick up your wife a birthday celebration button at Guest Relations in any theme park to wear. She will love all of the birthday wishes she will receive on her special day! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Sending pixie-dusted wishes that your wife has a "Happy Birthday" on your magical trip, Troy!

    Happy Celebrating,
    Jodie
