I want to take my wife and girls (adult) to afternoon tea at the G.F. I made a reservation online already but now am wondering about dress. We will most likely be in park attire. Are shorts ok or should we dress up? Don't want funny looks!

    Hi Alan!

I enjoyed Tea at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa on our last vacation!  It was wonderful, and a great break from the hustle-bustle of the parks!

We dressed for our tea, but only because it was my daughter's birthday.  She wore a sundress and my son wore a polo-style shirt with shorts.  I wore a blouse and comfortable linen pants.  Nothing fancy, by any means, but a small step up from our typical park attire.

We saw every type of dress while we were there.  Most guests were in park attire, and some were dressed nicely with traditional hats.  No one will bat an eye if you show up in your park attire!

Have a magical vacation and a spot of tea for me!
