Why can't I make reserv. for a two bedr. Villa at Wildn.Lodge? We want to go in May 2009, I'm told if there is leftovers from Disn. Vacation Club members then I may be able to make a reserv.. Why are the Villas not available to regular people?? Thanks

I'm not a representative of the Disney Vacation Club, but as a member I will explain it as I understand it.

The Disney Vacation Club is a timeshare and it is currently sold out.  This means that there are a group of people who hold the deeds to those villas.  One of the benefits of ownership is that you can also exchange your time at the resort that you own for another Vacation Club owned property.

If there happens to be a block of time that no one is using a particular villa, the Vacation Club can rent it to WDW.  This is when it becomes available to non-owners.

Hope that sheds some light on your situation.
