    whenever i try to log into my account online to see my reservations i always get a 500 error? can this be fixed?

    Hi Kayla!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing technical difficulties with your Online Account on the Walt Disney World website.

    Many system enhancements and upgrades have taken place on the system over the past few months, so your account may be experiencing a temporary glitch as a result of the changes. If you already have a Magic Your Way Vacation Package reserved, I'd recommend that you call (407) 939-7675 and ask for the assistance of a Cast Member in rectifying your online account access. They may be able to re-set your email attached to the account and get you right back up and running.

    If the problem is beyond their level of access in the system, or if you do not currently have a vacation in the system, you may wish to contact the Technical Support Desk at (407) 939-7765.
