We've read mixed reviews of Magical Express and the time it takes to get to your resort from the airport and how long it takes to get your luggage at your resort. What is your thought on using the free service? We arrive 11/29 at 8pm, with a 5 yo and 1 yo

You've probably read mixed reviews regarding time spent on the Magical Express because those transportation times will vary depending upon the bus route.  I've been told that each resort will share Magical Express bus service with neighboring resorts, depending upon need.  Some guests might experience a direct trip from the airport, while other guests will have to wait through several stops at other resorts--it all depends upon who checks in and is going where at any given time.  So while I can't tell you what you might experience, Kyle, I can tell you that it is best to plan on the trip taking about ninety minutes from the time your flight lands until you check in at your resort.

Personally, I'm not a terribly patient kind of girl; my family prefers to rent a vehicle and come and go as we please.  I will say, though, that doing so does require an extra expense and for that reason, many guests take advantage of the Magical Express and are happy doing just that.  It's really a matter of personal preference.  Good luck with your decision!
