We've just made plans for a short mid-October trip to Disney World! I see that many events on the entertainment listing show the schedule as"unavailable." Do you know when schedules will be available to view?

Hello there, Rebecca! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop back by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort question!

There are so many things to see and do when visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Whether you are taking the time to book FastPass+ reservations, reserve the tastiest dining location meal times, or plan your family's perfect evening of viewing Nighttime Spectaculars, so much can go into planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Fortunately, there is a great online resource for checking into schedules and managing your plans! My Disney Experience is a great place to monitor your plans prior to your arrival and also make last-minute changes during your actual trip! I am constantly using the website and app version of My Disney Experience to manage my own vacations and make everything practically perfect for my own family.

In my experience, schedules for Entertainment should be solidified approximately one month before your arrival date. Much of the time, schedules will be available prior to this but I have seen certain event times change within this one-month time frame. If any Entertainment options are not available after this time, those specific offerings are likely only available seasonally or are in the process of being altered.

Hopefully, this information will assist you in planning your family's fun Entertainment during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
