We've booked our first ever Disney cruise (whee!) Mediterranean, Aug 2013. We chose the early dinner seating but i think that might have been a mistake for our party- we want to see as much on shore as possible. Can it be changed now, after booking?

Samantha, welcome aboard! Congratulations on booking your very first Disney cruise! And boy, are you going all out! The Mediterranean will make for one very memorable cruise with Disney!

As long as there is still availability for the second seating, you are welcome to change to that. Simply call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532, (or your travel agent if you are using one), and ask to change seatings. Since you're still quite a few months out from your sailing, I doubt you'll have any trouble changing this.

Don't worry if you do make it back to the ship around 5:00 or 6:00 and still have hours until your second seating dinner. There is always food available. Stop by Topsider Buffet, grab a quick snack by the pool or even order from the complimentary room service menu. It's nice to have something to snack on while you get dressed for dinner. I promise, no matter your seating time, you won't go hungry on the Disney Magic!

Before you go, be sure to take a look at all of the fabulous Port Adventures that Disney offers for your Mediterranean cruise. I hope you are able to take advantage of a few of those spectacular experiences! Disney works with some great tour operators, allowing guests to experience some very special tours that you might not otherwise be able to do.

Have fun as you continue to plan, Samantha! Let us know if you have any other questions as the time gets closer to your sailing!
