We just went to Flower Garden Festival at Epcot and tried some food options around the world. We stopped in the Florida spot and tried the Shrimp and Grits, and my son said it was the most delicious thing he's ever eaten. Any way we can get the recipe?

    Hi Christina,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There's nothing I love more than a good festival at Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort. The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is just so fantastic-I love all the flower displays, the Garden Rocks Concert Series, and of course, the food!

I'm so happy to hear that your son enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits dish at the Florida Fresh pavilion during your recent visit to the festival.  I was able to find a link for the recipe and it's included above.  I'd suggest printing it (or maybe saving a screenshot of the recipe), as Disney has been known to remove web content without notice and I'd hate for you to lose this recipe.

Christina, wishing you many happy meals with this recipe! Please come back and visit us again!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
