    Saundra Asked

We are going on the 2 week Panama Canal Cruise, in August. Will the entertainment and shows vary or just repeat for the second week. I don't mean to say only as it will be our second Wonder cruise and I could do it 3 times, no problem! Just wondering?

    Ahoy, Saundra!
I'm so glad you asked this question because I just found out about some of the exciting offerings available during the longer Disney Cruise Line itineraries! The entertainment staff does a fabulous job of providing a variety of productions for cruises such as your Panama Canal sailing. You will get to experience the regular line up along with some special productions only seen on the longer cruises! Often times, the Disney Theatrical Group will have Broadway stars or Tony winners onboard as well as Imagineers or Animators. A former Panama Canal Pilot, Captain Ken Puckett will offer a presentation on the Panama Canal. There will also be plenty of musicians, comedians and variety acts to go along with the Broadway style shows. Another perk to the longer itineraries is the "Classic Movie of the Day" series. Classic movies rarely seen on the big screen such as Casablanca and Singin' in the Rain are shown in the Buena Vista Theatre. Disney Cruise Line never disappoints in the entertainment department, so I know you'll enjoy the extra offerings on your two week Panama Canal Cruise, Saundra! Just keep your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator handy or download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you don't miss out!
Thank you for stopping by with this excellent question! Please let us know if you think of anything else before you set sail on the Disney Wonder!
    Have a magical time!
