We'd like to plan a trip to Disney but I'm worried my son will not be able to ride all the rides. We've been to other parks and he couldn't ride alot of the rides. He's a pretty big guy over 320lbs and is pretty wide shoulder. Please help

Hi June! I understand your concern. Many attractions are engineered and designed for smaller persons making them uncomfortable or impossible to enjoy by larger guests.

You will find some rides at Disney that will not be on your list to do. Many are geared for children such as Dumbo and Aladdin's Carpets. My suggestion for you is to stop at Guest Services in each park and ask them for a list of attractions that permit larger guests to be comfortable in the ride. This way you won't have to spend time in a line only to find out that your son would not enjoy the situation once he got to the ride vehicle.  There is also a book in bookstores called the Passporters Open Mouse by Wills. This is a great book designed to help those guests who have special issues. They will review the ride vehicles and those that would be good or bad for larger guests. Hope this helps and I am sure you all will have a magical time!
