We'd like to have a night out just the adults. Nice dinner, nothing over the top and maybe a dinner show or something to do after dinner. Also need babysitting options for 3,4,5 yr olds.

An adult night out for the adults is just as much fun as a day in the parks for the kids!

I love the Boardwalk area for a fun evening.  There are some amazing restaurants right in this area and then a couple of clubs to enjoy in addition to the option of enjoying EPCOT until it closes with its fabulous Illuminations show.

Dining suggestions include anything in the World Showcase at EPCOT if you have a valid park ticket for that day but if not I love the Yachtsman Steakhouse in the Yacht and Beach Club resorts and the Flying Fish restaurant on the Boardwalk.  It is fine dining without being over the top.  You can check out the menus and prices for these two at www.allears.net and search menus. There are also a few excellent choices for dining in the Swan and Dolphin with my favorite being the Blue Zoo.  I believe these restaurants are also listed but not sure.

After dinner you can find the ESPN Club, Atlantic Dance Club, and the Jellyrolls Club on the Boardwalk.  My favorite is Jellyrolls where you can hear some amazing dueling pianos through-out the evening. Most of the clubs are open until around 2 a.m.  In addition there is some fun street entertainment every evening.

I have used the Kids Nite Out sitting service that Disney recommends for in room care.  Their number is 407-828-0920.  They are very professional and bonded and I have loved every sitter we have had for the grandchildren.  Hope this information can help you plan a wonderful evening!
