We will be at WDW 5/6/2013-5/15/2013 and woud like to stay at AOA for the first 6 days and then transfer to GF for the last 3. What would be the best way to make reservations for this? Package for AOA and then Room only for GF?? Not sure, please help!

    Hi, Erin!

Splitting your vacation is a great way to see 2 amazing resorts!  I think your plan is good.  For the first leg of your vacation, book your package including enough tickets to cover your whole vacation.  While your dining credits (if you add the Disney Dining Package) will expire midnight of your check-out from Art of Animation, your park tickets are good for 14 days from their first use.

Book a room only reservation for Grand Floridian, and use up those park days from the beginning of your trip.  You will not be able to add the Dining Plan without tickets, so just plan to pay out of pocket for your meals on the last few days.  Plan all your more expensive meals for when you can use your dining credits early in your trip :)

I hope this helps!  If you need help getting this planned out, let us know!  Enjoy our stay at both Art of Animation and Grand Floridian.
