Going to WDW in 5 weeks for daughter's graduation. She also is a state (pageant) title holder. How can she ride in one of the parades?

    Hi Robert,

As a former state titleholder myself, let me begin by saying "CONGRATS" to your daughter.  I'm sure you are so proud of her achievement.  Pageants take a lot of hard work and dedication and I'm glad to hear that her efforts paid off!

Unfortunately, guests who are lucky enough to be selected to ride in Disney World parades are completely chosen at random.  There is no real rhyme or reason as to how these coveted selections are made but the "chosen ones" are usually unsuspectingly chosen from the crowd.

I wish there were some magic tips or tricks I could share with you in hopes of increasing your chances, but unfortunately, it seems as if you just have to be in the right place at the right time!

    Good Luck and Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
