    On WDW website, under my vacation, I am trying to retrieve my reservation, but it always says error, can not retrieve. I've tried caps, no caps. Booked with travel agent, is this why? Have 3 confirm #s, 3 reser., grand gathering. Just wondering. Thanks

    Hi, Jennifer! I'm sorry that you're experiencing difficulty with trying to retrieve your reservation. I'm not sure why you can't access the information you need. However, from the Disney World site, scroll down the home page to "Support" and click on "Contact Us." You can submit your information and request for help there, or you can call Technical Support at 407-939-7765 (press 2). They may can provide you with why you're having trouble, and let you know how to solve the problem.  Also, your travel agent may be of help as well. If you have more questions, please don't hesitate to come back to the Moms Panel. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
