1st WDW trip next 5-13. We want to make ADRs/event plans at 180 day mark. And we want to take EMH into account in those plans. How far in advance is EMH schedule released? Where can we find such a calendar? Advice on syncing ADRs/EMHs? Thanks.

Hi, Patrick! I am also a planner and love to get as much information as possible as soon as I can.  Usually, the Walt Disney World website releases the monthly calendars approximately six months out from the current month. For example, January 2013 just came online at the first of the month. Keep checking back at www.WaltDisneyWorld.com. You should expect May to come online at the beginning of November.  When it does, select the theme park you want to check from the menu at the top of the page. On the new page, select Calendar from the menu on the left. From the drop-down menu, choose the month you need to view, like May for you. When the calendar appears, the daily park hours and any Extra Magic Hours will be listed. To view the parade and nighttime event schedule, simply click on the numeral of the date you are interested in attending. Repeat for each of the parks. All of the magic is at your fingertips. After planning which parks you will be visiting each day, then decide your Advanced Dining Reservations to match so that you aren't spending too much time in transit. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
