We are going to WDW and staying at WL. We're hiring a sitter one day so my husband and I can hang at the pool. I've seen postings about moderate resorts that offer pool bars and the Contemporary does, but i can't find where WL does, even tho it's deluxe.

    Hi Jessica!

YES! The Wilderness Lodge offers a cute bar right off of the pool area called Trout Pass. It is quite convenient for anyone lounging poolside (or at the hot tub!) Keeping with the Wilderness Lodge theme, the bar resembles a log cabin.

The bar opens at about noon and serves a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks as well as frozen drink specialties. Snacks can usually be found here as well.

Also, if you're spending the day and would like a bit more food, Roaring Fork is located inside the Wilderness Lodge, but very accessible from the pool area. In fact, there is a set of doors from the outdoor area (less than a minute or so walk from the pool) right into the hallway across from this counter-service restaurant. Its quick and easy to pop over there!

Hope this helps! Have a great time enjoying my favorite place at Disney World!
