We will be in WDW in October and I see there are movie theaters in Downtown Disney. How does the eating and dinning experience with the movie theater work? Do you need to have reservations? When appoximately is the last movie of the day?

    Hi Allie,

The AMC Theatre at Downtown Disney offers a "Fork and Screen" experience which allows guest to enjoy dinner and a show at the same time!

You can arrive the theater and purchase your ticket before the show or go to www.amctheaters.com to order tickets and select your seating. Yes, with the Fork and Screen option, you'll get to select your seats/table!

The Theatre suggests arriving 30 minutes in advance to order your food before the film begins.

Reservations are highly recommended during busy times at Downtown Disney, especially weekends!

Looking at the current schedule, the last movie showing for the Fork and Screen option is at 10:45 p.m. Of course, the entertainment offerings and schedule will differ in October as new movies are released.

Recently, www.disneyfoodblog.com posted a great review (with lots of pictures) of this fun dining option!
