I will be at WDW next week at the same time as some friends. If we are staying at 2 separate on-site resorts, will we be able to drive and park between the two, or is parking resort-specific?

    Hi Shannon,

Yes, you will be able to drive and "visit" with your friends on-site.  When you check into your respective resorts, you will both receive cards to place inside your dashboard that display your home resort and length of stay.  This card will identify you as guests staying on-site at Walt Disney World and enable you to park for free at any of the theme parks.  When you drive to your friends' resort, or vice versa, stop at the security booth and let them know who you are visiting, and the guard will direct you to the self-parking area.  You will likely be asked to show some photo identification and/or your Key to the Kingdom (room key).

    Have a great trip!
