    Jessica Asked

Which WDW moderate resort is the most recent one for the rooms to be renovated... Also which resort has the least amount of walking?

Jessica, all of Walt Disney World's moderate resorts provide pools with water slides and hot tubs, quick and table service restaurants, and recreational activities. You can't make a wrong choice; you will be happy with any one of these midlevel resorts.

Last year Disney's Port Orleans Resort -Riverside underwent a refurbishment that included updating the decor, adding flat screen televisions, and replacing double beds with queen ones. The princess themed Royal Guest rooms were added at this time and Alligator Bayou rooms switched out trundle beds with pull down Murphy style ones.

The smallest moderate resort, Disney's Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter, is the easiest to navigate and requires less walking than the more sprawling resorts. I love the small size and quaint, cozy atmosphere of this resort.
