Hi I will be at WDW from May4 to May13.we plan to have 2 days for MK, 2 days for epcot, \1 for Hollywood studios and 1 for animal kingdom. This is our first visit with kids (51/2 yrs twins).should i keep consecutive days for MG as well as epcot?/otherwise?

    Hello Vandana,

Looks like you are well on your way to designing a great trip to Disney! I think you are mapping out a great plan for your first visit. There's so much your twins will want to do at the Magic Kingdom and so much to see at Epcot, you will be happy you allotted two days for both Theme Parks.

I can understand why you might want to keep the momentum going by visiting the same Theme Park on consecutive days. But in my opinion, I would break it up. This allows you flexibility in your vacation. Maybe one family member would rather spend an extra day at Hollywood Studios rather than Epcot. Or maybe your family decides you would like to spend only one day at Magic Kingdom and spend that extra day lounging at the pool. For my family, we always begin *and* end the trip with a visit to the Magic Kingdom. There's just something about seeing Cinderella's Castle to start the vacation. And I like to leave Florida, knowing I had just left Main Street U.S.A.

Whatever you choose, I hope you and your family have a memorable time!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
