    Karen from LA Asked

Hi there Going to WDW in June to celebrate my 11yo son finally getting his black belt in karate (5 years now). Also cel. my 7yo son making great grades in reading (this has been a real challenge) and my daughter finally doing a kart wheel. Any sugg?

Wow Karen, you will certainly be celebrating some wonderful milestones of your children!  I love that each one has something special to be recognized for!

Group ideas would be to have balloons or gift baskets delivered to your room.  You can see a variety of possible choices by going on line to www.disneyflorist.com.  You can call (407-827-3505) and talk wtih a cast member to make something personal from the ideas you see on the website.  They are wonderful to work with.  Other great celebration packages can be explained by calling 407-939-4438.

Make sure they all stop and pick up a special complementary celebration pin at Guest Services at each park.  The kids will love having cast members ask them what they are celebrating and then be able to tell about each of their important feats!

Another great idea is to choose one meal for each child to be their special evening.  Call the cake hotline, 407-827-2253, to discuss the ideas of a cake for each child to be delivered to the restaurant.  What a surprise they will have!

Please click HERE to see the seven pages of celebration ideas.  The list is abundant and you might see something that will particularly interest your children individually or as a group.  You will see many of the special recreation activities listed plus many other things.

Enjoy the planning process and choosing just the right thing for each of your children!
