We will be at WDW Jan.2-23. We have bought a 10 day pass but they are only valid for 14 days once activated. If we want to go to the parks at the start & end of our trip we would need to purchase more tickets correct? How does that work for FP/Magic

    Hello Nicole!
You are correct that once you activate your tickets you must use them within 14 days. Therefore, if you will be there longer than 14 days and you would like to enter a theme park after those initial 14 days you will need to purchase additional tickets.

As far as your FastPass+ selections, if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you will be able to begin scheduling all of your FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your arrival and for as many days as you have tickets. If you are not staying onsite, you will be able to schedule FastPass+ selecitons 30 days out.

If you have more questions or need more clarification, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel...we love to help!

    See ya real soon!

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. While I can’t pick my funniest Disney memory – either my 70-year-old mother on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or my 4-year-old grandson on Dinosaur – I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures.
