We will be going to WDW on Feb 8. Our first day, I would like to watch the Electric Water Pageant at the Polynesian. Does it always run at 9? And since MK closes at 8 that evening, would it be too late to take the monorail to MK to get the bus back to CS?

Hello Rachel!  Weather permitting, the Electrical Water Pageant will begin at 9:00 p.m. at the Polynesian.  If there are fireworks scheduled, the parade will hold until the fireworks are complete.  Once the parade is over, you should have plenty of time to get to the Magic Kingdom to take the bus back to your resort.

The bus system will typically run at least a couple hours after the park closes to ensure guests have enough time to get back to their resort after any late dinner reservations, etc.  The bus driver who drops you off at Magic Kingdom will be able to tell you more specifically what the hours of operation are for that day.

Have a fabulous vacation!  Diane :)
