We will be at WDW in Dec/Jan at the Pop Century Resort. Friends from home will also be visiting MK the same day, but they are staying off campus. Are they allowed to park at our hotel to ride the shuttle with us?

Hello Cynthia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

One of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort Hotels to stay at is Disney's Pop Century Resort Hotel.

When determining how to incorporate benefits for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel with visitors staying at an off-property Resort Hotel, Cast Members are more focused on accommodating needs and desires of on-property Guests.

Before your visitors arrive, inform Guest Services that you have people visiting you that are not staying at the Resort Hotel. Provide the Cast Members the license plate number of the visiting vehicle for security and your visitors with your Reservation number for reference.

While it is frowned upon for Guests not staying at a Resort Hotel to use the amenities provided to Guests (such as the pool), they are welcome to visit you during your stay.

Complimentary Resort Transportation is available to all Guests of Walt Disney World Resort regardless of whether they are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Your friends are more than welcome to use it as a means of getting to Magic Kingdom.

You may also be interested in using the benefit of complimentary parking at Theme Parks for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. As long as you are in the vehicle at the time, your friends could pick you up at Disney's Pop Century Resort drive to the Ticket and Transportation Center without having to pay for parking, as long as you provide proof of your Resort Hotel Reservation(MagicBand, Reservations number, etc.).

    Happy Travels!
