    Maria from CO Asked

HI! going to WDW in December. Im planning the trip, but have people coming from 2 different states. Can I have them ship the bands to 2 different places??

    Hi Maria!

From one Coloradoan to another, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! MagicBands are an awesome addition to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. They make your trip so convenient because you will access to your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations and Memory Maker account all with just the touch of your MagicBand. Plus, it sounds like you will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel, which means your complimentary MagicBands will also allow you to access your hotel room and you can make charges to your room account with your MagicBand!

All Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel will receive complimentary MagicBands which can be customized and sent to your home in advance of your vacation. In fact, you also now have the option to upgrade your MagicBands to graphic MagicBands for your trip! Unfortunately, your complimentary MagicBands can only be shipped to one location for each Disney Resort hotel reservation, which makes it challenging when traveling with people from multiple states.

You have a few options for your MagicBands. Once you receive all of your MagicBands, you can mail them to the people you are traveling with and they can bring their MagicBands with them to Orlando. Or, you can bring all of the MagicBands with you to Walt Disney World Resort and distribute them once everyone arrives. Anyone who doesn't have their MagicBand when they arrive at Orlando International Airport can still use Disney's Magical Express by simply heading to the terminal and giving the Cast Members their name and reservation information. This approach can be a challenge if you will be arriving significantly later than the rest of your group. Your traveling companions can always the My Disney Experience mobile app to access your hotel room before you arrive with their MagicBands and if your group would like to visit the theme parks, they can always head to the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel to request a ticket admission card to access their admission tickets!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
