kids with food treats

At WDW counter service restaurants, can I get a larger portion of mac & cheese from the kids menu for our 11 year old grandson? Sometimes, it's the only choice he will eat, but he's too hungry for just the smaller amount in the kids meal!

    Hello, Sherrie,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World.  I have never had any problem ordering off the children's menu (I'm slightly addicted to crustless peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!) at counter service restaurants.  However, getting a larger portion of food is at the discretion of the restaurant. Please know, too, that if given a larger portion the price may be modified.  If getting a larger portion isn't an option offered to your grandson, you could certainly order two kid's meals.

Happy Disney Dining!  Wishing you a magical trip.  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
