Hi! we are going to WDW April 21-28, 2013. Are crowd levels high or low during this time of year? Any tips in general?? 3 kids- 9,7,4 YO and 2 adults.staying off property in a condo. thinking 3 or 4 days in parks. Skip Epcot? 1st visit! thx!!

What a great time you all are going to have on your first visit. Crowd levels should be just fine in that Spring Break should be over and most kids back in school. As a matter of fact I was there last year in the last week of April and the weather and crowds were perfect. I even spent a day at Disney's Blizzard Beach which is an awesome way to spend a day if the weather does heat up. From the awesome high dropping waterslides to the lazy river, this is what I call water paradise. As for the parks, you should start out at the Magic Kingdom. This is where the whole family can enjoy the classics like Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion and my favorite, the Jungle Cruise. These are lots of fun for the whole family. If the kids have lots of energy to burn then let them explore the awesome Tom Sawyer Island. Here they can all climb, run and have fun just like I did when I was a child. This place is really fun for kids. Speaking of fun, that is exactly what you will experience on Splash Mountain and on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. From there take in one of the amazing shows like the Carousel of Progress or the Hall of Presidents, both are fun and a great place to sit and relax in the air conditioned rooms. As for food, they have everything from the yummy Columbia Harbour House to the entertaining Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café where music is king. The best way to end the night is to watch Wishes by Cinderella castle. I have some great tips for the other parks so feel free to ask away. I will see you at the parks.
