    On WDW app trying to book fast pass. No problems yesterday and booked some. Now when I try it says not so fast does es everyone have tickets? All the tickets are still showing in the my account section of app, no idea what to do?

    Hi Jeremy,

    How exciting that it's time to schedule your FastPass+ selections! That can only mean one thing...your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here SOON! Zip-a-dee-doo-dah!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some troubles actually making your selections, though, and I'd be happy to offer some suggestions and tips to help straighten everything out. First, I'd double check that there are enough days of valid tickets for each Guest within your party. For example, if you're visiting for four days, but only have two days of theme park tickets, you'll only be able to make FastPass+ selections for two days. If the tickets aren't the problem, I'd recommend making sure you have the most current version of the My Disney Experience mobile app before shutting it down and restarting it. Every once in a while, that pesky Stitch likes to make things difficult, so hopefully a reboot will help. You could also try making your selections online instead to see if that will work. If all else fails, I'd encourage you to call a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience and FastPass+ at (407) 939-4357 and he or she would be happy to help you. I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll be able to get it all straightened out soon and find the perfect FastPass+ selections for your trip!

    Did you know that once you've enjoyed your three pre-planned FastPass+ selections, that you may use the My Disney Experience mobile app or an in-park kiosk to make additional selections, one experience at a time, throughout the rest of the day? It's a GREAT time saver and you'll feel like true Disney royalty when you bypass the standby lines, so I hope you can take full advantage of it!
