Hi! I've been to WDW almost every year I've my life, but I have never gone in December. We usually go during the warmer months. This leads me to my question. What should type of clothing should I pack

    Hi Erin!

December is an amazing time to visit Walt Disney World!  The parks and resorts are decorated in a sea of holiday fantasy and whimsy that would have Ebenezer Scrooge hard-pressed not to smile!  I was at Disney with my Moms Panel Pals early last December and thought the weather was fabulous.  The lows were in the 50s, highs were in the mid 70s and there was no rain!  While it's impossible to predict the weather for a specific week, these temperatures are quite typical for Central Florida during December.

As for what to pack, I recommend bringing layers, because the mornings and evenings can get chilly.  A light jacket or sweater is a good idea for everyone in your party.  However,  I would also ensure that you have short-sleeved shirts, because once the sun is out for a few hours, it can get really warm.  The pools at all of the Disney resorts and water parks are heated, so if your family likes to swim, feel free to bring along a swimsuit.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
