Wanting to stay on the campsite. Have 12 year son with Autism. Don't want to disturb guests with their "peaceful stay and quiet hours". Wondering if there is a certain area/loops on the campsite that have more space in between RV's/etc?

    Hi Tammi,

Fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist Kay frequents the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort with her RV. In order to ensure that I was giving you the most accurate information possible, I checked in with her. She shared that some sites are perhaps a tiny bit further apart than others, but for the most part, there isn't one loop that is better than others. It will also depend on what site you reserved: Full Hook-up, Preferred, or Premium. Kay added that she feels that the Preferred sites are the tightest of all, and the Full Hook-Ups have several nice loops with space, but they don't have long concrete pads. The Premium Sites are the best pads and are further apart than others. The best that you can do is to ask your Travel Planner to notate in your reservation that you need a site with space due to the fact that your son has autism. You will want to reconfirm this request upon check-in. While requests are never guaranteed, Cast Members will do the best that they can based on availability at the time of your arrival.

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
